The model

A parts shop, not a retainer

We work out what you actually need and sell you that — one $200 lit piece, or a full statewide field operation.

Who we are

Leadership

Chief Executive Officer

Connor Berdy

Runs the business side — scoping, pricing, and the relationships that carry a program from first conversation to signed budget. Came up through nonprofits and PACs, managing campaigns from city council to Congress, and still runs canvassing operations for school board, county commission and judicial candidates.

He was also a legislative aide in the Michigan House and one of the lead organizers of the House staffer union drive. In 2019 he ran for Warren City Council as Macomb County’s first openly gay candidate, and sued over the term limits that had kept four incumbents on the ballot. He sits in the state party’s progressive caucus.

Chief Innovation Officer

Elena J. Greer

Runs the technical side and decides what the shop builds rather than buys, and shares the client work. Came up through nonprofits and PACs, managing campaigns from city council to Congress.

Served on the Michigan Democratic Party board as Youth Vice Chair and later as its communications chair, and was secretary of the Ingham County Democratic Party, where she organized the volunteer operation for Gretchen Whitmer’s 2019 inauguration. Michigan’s political press calls her for the consultant read on where campaign technology is actually going.
